Answer:

3x^2(25x^2+7xy^2-y)

Explanation:

21x^3y^2 - 3x^2y + 75x^4

To factor any expression , we need to find greatest common factor GCF

All the numbers 21, 3 and 75 are divisible by 3

common factor for x^4, x^3 and x^2 is x^2

lowest exponent is our common factor

GCF is 3x^2

When we factor out 3x^2 we divide each term by 3x^2

(21x^3y^2)/(3x^2) - (3x^2y)/(3x^2) + (75x^4)/(3x^2)

3x^2(7xy^2 - y + 25x^2)

3x^2(25x^2+7xy^2-y)

We cannot factor the parenthesis part further
