f(x)=2x+1
g(x)= x²-7,
f o g(x)=2(x²-7)+1=2x²-14+1=2x²-13
f o g(2)=2*2²-13=8-13=-5

or
g(2)=4-7=-3
f o g(2)=2*(-3)+1=-5

Answer:

-5

Explanation:

Given functions,

f(x) =2x+1-----(1)

g(x)= x^2-7-----(2)

fog(x)=f(g(x))

=f(x^2-7) ( From equation (2) )

=2(x^2-7)+1 ( From equation (1) )

=2x^2-14+1

=2x^2-13

Hence,

fog(2) = 2(2)^2-13=8-13=-5
