alliteration
Alliteration is when the beginning sound of two or more words is repeated. In this example "Blank" and "Bare" repeat the 'b' sound in line one, and "Gaze" and "Glare" repeat the 'g' sound in line two. This sound device helps create patterns and rhythm.
