Circumference = πD
Circumference = π(8)m

There are 8 points,
Distance between two points = 8π ÷ 8
Distance between two points = π or 3.14m

Answer with explanation:

Diameter of circle =80 m

Radius of circle

=\frac{\text{Diameter}}{2}\\\\=(80)/(2)\\\\=40 m

Total length of circle having diameter 80 m= Circumference of this circle

= 2 π × (Radius of circle)

= 2 × 3.14 × 40

= 80 × 3.14

=251.2 m

It is also given that, there are eight points equally spaced on the circumference of the circle.

Distance that Hasmeet walks between one point and the next point

=(251.2)/(8)\\\\=31.4 m
