Of their eleven children, all their sons have normal skin, but all of their daughters have the same skin condition as Bob. This shows that the disease inherited by sex chromosomes.
The pattern that allows it should be X-linked. Since Bob wife doesn't have the disease but all of their daughters do, the genes should be dominant. All of Bob daughter should get the defected X-chromosome from Bob. Therefore, there is 100% chance for the daughters to get the disease.
