The difference between the x-values is 5.
The difference between the y-values is 10.
Make a triangle with these points.
The distance is the hypotenuse.
Use the pythagorean theorem to get the distance.
Square 5 and 10 to get 25 and 100.
Add them together to get 125.
Find the square root of 125.
It is approximately 11.2 units.
Hope this helps!
