(x+9)(2x+3)=2x^2+3x+18x+27=2x^2+21x+27

Answer: Area of rectangle =2x² + 21x + 27

Explanation:

Given :

Length of the rectangle = x + 9

Width of the rectangle = 2x + 3

We have to find area of the rectangle ?

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

Area of the rectangle =
(x +9) * (2x+3)

Area =
x * (2x+3) + 9 * ( 2x+3)

Area =2
x^(2) +
3* x +
9* 2x +
9* 3

Area =
2x^(2) +
3x +
18x +
27

Area =
2x^(2) + 21x + 27

∴ Area of rectangle =
2x^(2) +21x+ 27
