Hi there!
If you're given a line, what you can do is use substitution. In the point, x=3 and y=6. In all of the options of lines, you can substitute the values x and y in the equation for the point.

There are an infinite number of answers. Because you only have one point listed, it is impossible to discern an equation. Do you have any other information you can provide?
