James just bought juice for his class party. The label says there are 925 milliliters of juice in each container.

Write a formula to help James determine the number of servings of juice in each container.

y = number of servings of juice
z = number of milliliters per serving

I believe that this would be an equation for this...y = 925 / z

Hope this helps!!

Answer:

y =
(925)/(z)

Explanation:

James bought juice for his class party

Juice label says container has the quantity of juice = 925 ml

If y is the number of servings of juice and z is the number of milliliters per serving then

Number of servings =
\frac{\text{total quantity of juice}}{\text{quantity per serving}}

and the formula becomes y =
(925)/(z)
