Given,
to find the value of x in the equation


(9)/(3x) = (4)/(x + 2)

We can do this by cross Multiplying

So,

9(x + 2) = 4(3x)

9x + 18 = 12x

18 = 12x - 9x

18 = 3x

x = 18/3

x = 6

So,
x = 6
