a. right to privacy

Griswold v. Connecticut was a Supreme Court case in 1965 that lifted the ban on birth control stating that it violated the right to marital privacy. In 1972 Eisenstadt v. Baird, gave the right to contraceptive to unmarried couples based on right to privacy.
