I disagree, because the judicial system isn't always correct. Chances are if you are innocent you got framed because, most likely the criminal in question probably framed you so, he or she would not go to prison. Other which is probably a small chance is that it was on complete accident and you went to the court for it. The judicial system has lawyers, judges, juries, etc. This all makes the system very strong and, makes the truth probably come out like 95% of the time. However, because we are still human there is the other 5%. Therefore, I and you should always be scared of the judicial system even if you are innocent.

Even if your not scared of being guilty sometime people find you guilty so you should use your most respect and not be rude to the judge or jury.
