If Martina becomes the manager she will make $10.40 hourly.

Equation: $8÷30%= x $x+ $8= $10.40

x-8/8=0.30

the amount of change divided by the original amount = percent change as a decimal or x-8/8=0.30 this only works for imagine math on the drop down menu
