Evaluate f(x) = 4x + 9 for each of the input values in
D = {-4, -2, 0, 2}:
f(-4) = 4(-4) + 9 = -7 (and so on)
f(-2) = 1
f(0) = 9
f(2) = 17
The range is R: {-7, 1, 9, 17}
