HI,
Volume of a cylinder: V = π × r² × h
We know: h, V
We search: r
If we transform the formula:
r² = V/(π × h) so r = ✓(V/(π × h))
r² = 1 728 / 3.14 × 22
r² = 1728 / 69,08
r² ≈ 25 cm
So r = ✓25 = 5 cm
