Part 1. Take the velocity 28 m/s divided by 3.5 s to come to the
answer of 7.37
(keep in mind this value is positive because it's accelerating in the opposite direction and decreasing speed not decreasing the acceleration it self).
Part 2. Distance equals speed times time so 28 multiplied by 3.5 would
equal 98 Meters.
