As I know these things there were a black soldiers who were sent to France to fight germany to help and they were considered as a failures all Americans thought they would never make it the black soldiers were called the harlem hell fighters and because of their bravery they won and many of the black Americans returned to USA many cheered for the black soldiers when they returned and many white american if they did this bravery they would get their trophy in like 1month or less but the brave black Americans got their trophy after 72 or less years ago hope I have u some info
