When m=0 ,

2m+2m=2(0)+2(0)= 0

4m^(2).=4(0^(2))=0

When m=1 ,

2m+2m=2(1)+2(1)=2+2=4.

4m^(2). =4(1)^(2).=4.

When m=2

2m+2m=2(2)+2(2)=4+4=8.

4m^(2).=4(2)^(2).=4(4)=16.

Both expressions are not equivalent when m=2.
