Which solution has the highest boiling point at standard pressure?

This was one of the old regents. I didn't get this at first glance too so I searched for it and I got this site. lol. I know what to do now. To get a higher boiling point, you have to find which solution has the most moles. Since SO4, PO4, and NO3 are all polyatomic ions, they only count as one mole. The answer is 3, i believe, because there are 4 moles.

Pressure: when the external pressure is:
less than one atmosphere, the boiling point of the liquid is lower than its normal boiling point.
equal to one atmosphere, the boiling point of a liquid is called the normal boiling point.
greater than one atmosphere, the boiling point of the liquid is greater than its normal boiling point.
