Part A is found by solving the equation for t
Answer is 1 second
Part B
Rewrites in vertex form Thid gives
-16(t+5/8)^2 + 25/4 -4
= -16(t+5/8)^2 + 2 1/4
Maximum height = 2 1/4 feet Answer
