we know that
3 3/8-------------> (3*8+3)/8-----------> 27/8 yd
if 1 dress take---------------> 27/8 yd
X-----------------------------> 3375 yd
X=3375/(27/8)---------> x=1000 dresses
the answer is
He can make 1000 dresses
