Joking about suicide, sleeping more than usual, not sleeping, not eating, over eating, no longer is interested in things once enjoyed, doing drugs/drinking, never smiles or laughs, is never happy, has no hope

Tiredness, have the energy to do something but do have the motivation lack of sleep feel confused about anything can't be happy seems empty inside
