Sensible blank fills would seem to be:

1. horizontal asymptote
2. range
3. vertical asymptote
4. domain

Arguably, the order of 1 and 2 could be swapped, as could the order of 3 and 4. Either way you write it, I would say it's "almost" true. (If you are a reviewer of this curriculum material, reject it. It is not particularly enlightening.)
