The parallel lines on a rectangle are equal so it would be 3+3+12+12=30

Hey there!
A rectangle has 2 pairs of equal sides. So there’s two sides with 12 cm and 2 sides with 3 cm. Add these together. 12+12+3+3=30cm. The perimeter of the rectangle is 30cm.
