Hey there!
To find the area, multiply the the two side lengths. 12 x 18 =216. This is 216 ft^2. You need to convert this to yards, so divide 216 by 3 because there’s 3 feet in a yard. 216/3=72. The answer is 72 yd^2.
I hope this helps!
