Let's x to be number of sweets that June has, the same quantity has Nick, but Sara has 7*x, as ratio is 7:1:1.
It says, that Sara gets 78 more sweets than June, in other words: 7x=78+x or 6x=78-> x=13.
Altogether there are=7x+x+x=9x=9*13=117 sweets.
