HCl is only produced by certain cells in the stomach lining due to the fact that it is a pH regulator for stomach acid.  It lowers pH to an ideal number so that the enzymes in your stomach can efficiency break down the food that you just ate!  Other parts of the body don't need to regulate pH in this way, so there is no need for them to be anywhere else in the body.
