The rule for the sides of a triangle is that any of the side lengths added up together has to be > than the other side.
6 + 3 < 10, so the first one isn't
4.5 + 5 > 9, 5 + 9 > 4.5, 4.5 + 9 > 5, the second one could be a triangle
6 + 10 < 20, the third one isn't
12 + 6 > 9, 9 + 6 > 15, 12 + 9 > 6, the fourth one could also be a triangle
2 + 6 < 9, the fifth one isn't
6 + 9 < 15, the sixth one isn't
So the ones that could be triangles are the second and fourth choices.
