While doing transformation we added 2 to x. This means graph moves to the left. If the x < 0 then it would move to the right. Stretching and compressing the function is done by multiplying the whole equation by a number. If number > 1 we have stretch. If 0<C<1 we have compression. Moving up or down is done by adding or substracting number from equation.
