Dividend= (Divisor * Quotient)+Remainder

`a^(2) -4a+3=([a+3]*a)+(-7a+3)`

Thus the remainder is 24

Since Manuel left the calculation : -7a+3-(-7a-21)= -7a+3+7a+21= 24

Solving his left calculation further we get the remainder 24.
