Reason:
Since there is alot of nature in Australia and the low resources it is very important to recycle and reuse plastic, and paper.
Also because of all of the animals that wonder around cities you would not want the animals to get into the trash which could cause them death to the animal which would cause pollution.
Therefore every Australia city HAS to recycle!
