Assuming the pentagon is regular, we use 1/2(a)(s)(n), where a is the apothem, s is the side length, and n is the number of sides. So to find the area of a regular polygon, we have 5/2(a)(s).

The answer is "Area=5/2sa".
Reason:
The area for a pentagon is
=5/2sa
