All of these strategies are best classified as attempts at
"Coping"
.Coping is a cognizant attempt to decrease pressure or tension. Psychological methods of dealing with stress are normally named coping procedures or coping aptitudes. Coping abilities create from outset and are learnt by watching others and experimentation. The improvement of coping abilities creates in earliest stages and is upheld by early guardians.
