Pattern of Amino Acids

In an experiment to decipher the genetic code, a poly-ac mRNA which is acacaca that is synthesized then two different polypeptides would be produced, each one composed of a single type of amino acid if this sequence were to be translated by a mechanism that is readed by the genetic code.

A series of threonine-Histidine-Threonine-Histidine...... and so on

aca is a codon of threonine
cac is a codon of Histidine

A codon is a three-letter nucleotide sequence in the mRNA. The tRNA anticodon attached to the corresponding amino acid recognizes the mRNA codon. A single amino acid can have more than one codon.
