Volume of the funnel = 1//3 x π x 6² x 7 = 84π

Volume of the cylindrical can = π x 4² x 13 = 108π

Number of times needed = 108π ÷ 84π = 1.29

Answer: We will need to fill the funnel 1.29 times.
