If the average temperature in Antacrctica were 34.44 °C, the ice sheet would have melted long ago. We expect you intend -34.44 °C.
Then the highest recorded temperature is
-34.44 °C +49.44 °C = 15 °C . . . . . . . . . . about 59 °F
