During the hours of operation, 40% of the average weekly count of children need space at any given time. 35 square feet is required per child. Square footage for present demand is a1 square feet. first u multiply the # of children by the # of sq ft per child 48 x 35 = 1680 sq ft next u multiply the 5 aditional children by 35 5 x 35 = 175 sq ft
