The answer is it will take 31.4 inches of yarn to outline earth.
10×3.14=31.4
She needs to know the circumference of the Earth.
So she would do pi times the diameter which is above.
31.4 inches

Hey there! :D
We would want to find the
circumference,
since she wants to outline the earth with yarn.
C= πd
Plug in what you know.
C= 3.14*10
C= 31.4
She will use 31.4 inches of yarn to outline the earth.
