y > = 2x - 3so we have a slope of 2......a y int of (0,-3)....an x int of (3/2,0).....the line will be solid because of the equal sign.....the shading will occur above the line because it is greater.

Answer:

Please find the attachment.

Explanation:

We have been given an equation
y=-2x-3. We are asked to graph the given equation.

Upon looking at our given equation, we can see that it is in slope-intercept form of equation
y=mx+b, where,

m = Slope of line

b = The y-intercept.

Upon looking at our given equation, we can see that slope of line is negative 2, which means that with each increase in x value, the value of y decrease by 2.

The y-intercept is
-3, which means that graph will intersect y-axis at point
(0,-3).

Upon graphing our given information, we will get our required graph as shown in the attachment.
