The answer is "Buck vs. Bell."

This Supreme Court case ruled that a state statue (aka law) that forced people deemed as "unfit" to be sterilized was indeed legal (constitutional). The court, in their majority opinion, ruled that this did not break the due process clause of the 14th amendment. This court case has never been officially overturned, despite its controversial ruling.
