The answer is "this is called primary gain".

Primary gain happens when the damage unravels an inward clash for the person. For instance, the patient may have a dread or aversion for something at work (or at home) and their indications keep them from being presented to it. These may go maintaining a strategic distance from intimate contact with their life partner to dodging work errands over which they are phobic (statures, shut spaces, and so on).
