Well if x = 2 and y = 3 then that would be 28

Explanation:

First replace the x with 2 and multiply it with 6 getting 12 and then do the same with 7y and turn the y into 3 multiply it getting 21 then you add that with the 12 we got and get 33 then subtract it by that 5 and finish with 28!
