To calculate the maximum data rate in a line we use shannon's theorem: max data rate =bandwidth x log2 (1 + s/n) what is the maximum data rate in a fiber optic line if the s/n=95 [db] and the bandwidth of the line is zero [mhz]?

The maximum data rate on any line with zero bandwidth is zero.
