Answer 1:

A health triangle is an instruction means that studies mental, physical and social health. It explains that the three triangle components are interconnected. Thus all three views of the triangle need to be adjusted to obtain true health. When an individual side of the triangle is highlighted too much--or not sufficient other sides will change. This drives to an imbalance.

Physical fitness and training help youth strengthen essential skills such as conflict resolve, collaboration with peers and social skills such as administration and fine-tuning motor abilities. Healthy habits are a positive side impact of exercise while also improving social experiences which are important for development.

  1. Remove temptation; Behaviors control can be achieved when you control your desires and temptations and take it positively.

  4. Start forgiving and move forward; in order to eliminate the negativity, one has to start forgiving oneself and other.
