Area of a sphere = 4πr²

Area of the hemisphere = 1/2 (4 x π x 5²)
= 157.08 m²

Area of a cicle = πr²

Surface area of the circle below the hemisphere = π x 5²
= 78.54 m²

Total Surface Area = 157.08 + 78.54
= 235.62 m²

Answer: The total surface area is 235.62 m².
