To gut the interquartile range first we need to order the data:

59 ,65 ,74, 77, 82, 85, 88, 92 , 95

After ordering we can find the quartile one that is the median of the set below the median, i.e. 59, 65, 74, 77, 82. That is 74.

Next, we need the quartile 3, i.e the median of the top half, so quartile 3 is 88

The interquartile range is quartile 3 minus quartile

IR=Q3-Q1=88-74=14
