The probability of having more than 3 cars is 0.1 or 10%.
There are only 2 bars in the chart that have more than 3 cars. They are the bars for 4 and 5 vehicles.
If we add those percents, we will have our total.
0.05 + 0.05 = 0.1 = 10%
