Chase has had difficulty sleeping recently and gets frequent sinus headaches. He discovered that he is squinting more when he reads and has difficulty reading street signs at night. His grades at school have also been dropping. Which symptoms might warrant a trip to an eye specialist? Check all that apply.

Difficulty sleeping would most likely relate back to the frequent sinus headaches.

The only ones I see that are directly related to vision are
squinting more while reading
difficulty reading street signs at night

His failing grades in school would probably be due to all of the above.

In total, it's
squinting more while reading
difficulty reading street signs at night
