V = b^3 over 6

because I took the test and got it right.

The correct answer is choice B. It takes 3 congruent pyramids to create a cube. This is why the formula for volume of a pyramid is 1/3Bh.

In a cube the area of the base (length and width) and height are all the same, so b cubed.
