The sides of the square are 15.

If you draw the diagonal of a square, you have created 2 triangles with measures of 45, 45, and 90 degrees.

With these measurements, we know that the hypotenuse is large by the sides by a factor of the square root of 2. Just divide by the square root of 2 and you have 15.
